Straw Floppy hat + Anthro dress + FRANCESCO MORICHETTI boots

Hey friends I've been having computer trouble after accidently spilling water on it, yikes ;-(  Thank God I was able to just purchase a new mouse and now I'm able to use it as normal, what a relief!  Anyway I hope everyone is well and keeping cool in this heat wave.  It was a hot one today here in Pittsburgh.
I still ventured out with the girls because today is my oldest daughter's birthday and we celebrated by going to lunch. We concluded the day by having ice cream as a family when daddy got home from work at Coldstone Creamery!  Her actually party is Saturday <3
This is what I'm wearing:
Straw Floppy hat
Anthropologie dress
Vintage jewelry

Vintage floral shirt dress + Lagelle's upcycle denim shorts + FRANCESCO MORICHETTI boots

I'm feeling sad because my hubby will be away for 5 days for grad school, he left today ;-(  It's his last stretch before his summer break, yeah to the light at the end of the tunnel.  It's been a stressful two years in this program and Lord willing he will be done this December!  We celebrated Father's Day yesterday with our girls <3  I sent him off with two new cotton button down shirts from JCrew.  I had him try them on and they looked great.
I will be keeping busy with the girls while he is away and before I know it, it will be Tuesday evening ;-)
Btw I tucked the sleeves of the shirt dress to create a cap sleeve effect because I didn't like the length of the sleeves as is, those types of details are always important to me.  This is what I wore yesterday:

Straw Floppy hat
Gap tank top
Vintage floral shirt dress as a duster - Thrifty score
Vintage pendant necklace - Ebay
Lagelle's upcyle knitted edge denim shorts
Francesco Morichetti leather boots - Yoox.com
