I've been having fun capturing moments of my girlies and holding them dear to my heart.  Girls are so much fun!  Sisterly love makes my heart melt.

I recall getting away from 2nd hand for quite some time but I'm super excited about being in the thick of it these days!  Since I have a love affair with clothes it makes it more affordable to buy 2nd hand most of the time.  I also prefer vintage items over new items.  Just sharing my random thoughts, isn't that what blogging is all about anyway?

I'm excited about a girl's night out event being hosted by my girlfriend this Friday that will showcase Lagelle's Fall/Winter 2012 collection along with styling tips, manis & pedis and delicious snacks.

Things are starting to heat up for Lagelle as I'm gearing up for the One of a Kind Holiday Show in Chicago this Dec. 6-9th being held in the Merchandise Mart.  I'm super excited to be a vendor and looking forward to meeting new customers.

Today seemed like a winter day with the high in the low 50s but it felt colder to me!  I kept warm with my layers though. 

Today was my first day at work at Madewell.  It was a great first day and I enjoyed helping customers. Btw the skirt I'm wearing was thrifted as an a-line silhouette but altered by me to a pencil skirt. I'm a big fan of pencil skirts and when I realized this skirt had enough allowance to be transformed to a pencil skirt that is exactly what I did!  This is what I wore:

I'm excited to announce that I joined the team of Madewell.  I know everyone knows this company already but for those few who might not please let me inform you.

Madewell has been jean makers since 1937.  They also have covet-worthy dresses, amazing leather boots, tees you’ll want to stock up on and the most perfect chambray shirts you’ll ever wear.  They also like to think of themselves as your best friend and personal stylist—all rolled into one.  Now this is my kind of company.

I'm excited to help coordinate exciting events at there Ross Park Mall location right here in Pittsburgh!  Stay tuned for future event details and I look forward to meeting you there.

Happy Monday everyone!  I hope all is well in your world.  The weather is really starting to cool down in my neck of the woods and so layering is a must.  I'm going to a model Open Call tomorrow and I took some snap shots for it.  I've always wanted to do print ad modeling but life got busy and I lost sight of that dream but I'm going to take a stab at it now. Fingers crossed and wish me luck.  Thank you!
