Spotted wearing:  To Lunar Gala Fashion Show 2013

The Lunar Gala Fashion show took place last Sat. at Carnegie Mellon University.  It was a great production and I was really impressed with Laura West and her collection "Expressions in White".  Her collection aimed to redefine what a wedding dress can truly be.  The dresses were constructed out of a more sustainable material, paper,  she aimed to put more importance on the memories of the day and not the artifacts that are left behind.  I would say she nailed it!.

CMU's Lunar Gala Fashion Show

I'm excited to attend this year's Lunar Gala Fashion Show being held at Carnegie Mellon University.  It's a student run organization that seeks fashion innovation and talent within it's campus community. Take a sneak peak at this year's designers by viewing the video below.
